Product Overview

This dual‑component auger valve meters two materials and delivers a continuous mixed output for 2K dispensing. It uses matched eccentric screws and a compact mixing head to provide steady flow, accurate ratio control and easy integration with robots or gantries. The design reduces pulsation and lets you run long production cycles with lower maintenance.


Problem

Many 2K processes fail when ratio or flow drifts, causing weak bonds, incomplete cure or increased rejects.


Cause 

Ratio drift and uneven flow commonly result from uneven pump speeds, air ingress, or poor mixing design. Pressure‑based feeding and long fluid paths make stable A+B delivery harder to achieve at production scale.


Solution 

This valve pairs two positive displacement screws with a short mixer so A and B are metered accurately and combined just before the outlet. Continuous screw drive reduces pulses and maintains steady ratio under varying line demands. Replaceable mixer elements and straightforward access make cleaning and maintenance fast.

How It Works

Two eccentric screws meter components A and B by positive displacement. Screw speed ratio sets the mix ratio while motor speed sets flow. The two streams meet in a short mixer immediately before the outlet to minimize pot life loss and reduce dead volume. Encoder feedback keeps screw speeds matched and maintains ratio under changing load.
