Product Overview

This auger valve meters single‑component adhesives by positive displacement to give stable output and predictable per‑cycle volume. It is designed for EV bonding tasks where accurate 1 mL deposits or continuous low‑rate flow are required. The compact head fits robot end effectors and bench fixtures, and the quick‑access design simplifies cleaning and nozzle change.


Problem

In EV bonding, inconsistent dispense volume or pulsing at the nozzle causes weak bonds, poor cure and extra rework.

Cause Pressure‑based feeds and poorly matched pumps produce pulses or starve at low flows. Large per‑cycle variability comes from unstable feed, wrong nozzle or insufficient metering control.


Solution

This auger valve uses a rotating screw to provide continuous volumetric feed and a controlled per‑cycle output. How It Works 

The auger screw rotates to move material forward at a rate set by motor speed. For per‑cycle dosing, the controller runs the motor for a set time (pulse) to deliver the target 1 mL. Continuous rotation provides pulse‑free flow for bead work. Nozzle size and motor timing determine bead shape and per‑cycle volume.
