This automatic dispenser is built for MEMS microphone and small sensor assembly where very small, repeatable glue dots and precise placement are required. It supports micro‑jet and syringe/valve heads so you can produce nL to µL deposits as needed. The system includes motion control, optional camera alignment, recipe storage and easy nozzle change to speed setup and reduce downtime.
MEMS microphone assembly fails when adhesive is too large or misaligned, causing acoustic issues, blockage of openings, or poor bonding that leads to rejects.
Small pads and vents require micro‑drops and tight placement. Manual dispensing and low‑precision machines cannot reliably place nL drops or correct for part shift, producing variation and downstream failures.
This dispenser uses a micro‑jet head for 10 nL drops or syringe/valve heads for larger dots, combined with precise motion and optional vision alignment to correct position before dispensing.
