The concentric screw valve is an advanced dispensing solution ideal for high-precision applications in the semiconductor industry. It uses a motor-driven screw to deliver continuous and pulse-free flow of high-viscosity materials such as underfill, epoxy, and thermal interface materials (TIMs). Its concentric design ensures stable and repeatable dispensing, making it suitable for die attach, SiP module bonding, and microelectronic encapsulation. The valve supports both continuous bead dispensing and precision dotting, with clean cut-off and minimal material waste. It integrates easily with automated lines, helping meet strict reliability and yield requirements in advanced packaging processes.

  • With closed-loop servo motor, precise positioning, dispensing repeatability of 98% and minimum dispensing amount of 0.1μl can be achieved.
  • With syringe guide installation design, 10/30/50ml syringes can be used and quickly removed and replaced to facilitate operation.
