Product Description

Product Overview

This high‑speed dispensing system is built for dense MiniLED panels and flexible circuit assembly where very small, repeatable drops and fast cycle rates are required. The machine supports micro‑jet, syringe and valve heads to cover nL to µL needs, includes an optional camera for alignment and deposit check, and stores job recipes for consistent production across shifts. Use it when you need reliable micro‑dosing on tight pitch arrays and quick changeover between panel types.


Problem 

MiniLED and fine‑pitch FPC lines fail when glue dots are too large or misaligned, causing poor electrical contact, optical defects or rework.


Cause 

High density pads and tiny targets require very small deposit volumes and precise alignment. Manual methods or low‑precision machines cannot keep repeatable nL drops across thousands of points and do not correct for part shift automatically.


Solution 

This system delivers calibrated micro‑drops (from 0.01µL) with vision‑guided alignment to correct position and rotation before dispensing. Recipe control saves pulse and motion settings, enabling repeat runs with minimal setup. Quick nozzle swap and purge routines reduce maintenance time so production runs remain uninterrupted.
