As industries such as semiconductors, aerospace, and medical devices increasingly adopt advanced materials like Silicon Carbide (SiC), Diamond, and Technical Ceramics, traditional machining reaches its limits. Mechanical tools suffer from rapid wear and chipping, while conventional "dry" lasers often cause a significant Heat-Affected Zone, leading to micro-cracks and material deformation.

Mingseal’s MLS Series Ultra-Precision Water-Jet Guided Laser System addresses these pain points by coupling a laser beam into a micron-scale, high-pressure water jet. This "cold processing" method utilizes the water-air interface for total internal reflection, ensuring:

Engineers will be available for technical consultations and to provide customized process evaluations for various material types, including Alumina Ceramics, Nitride Boron, and Polycrystalline Diamond.
