The FS800S15 is a high-precision, large-stroke inline dispensing system designed for automotive battery FPC/FFC applications. With a working area of 1550×800mm and auto-adjustable conveyor width, it accommodates large panels and diverse product formats. Equipped with a 6-axis platform and compatible with piezo jet valves, it delivers accurate, consistent dispensing for critical components such as NTC thermistors (requiring precise volume and flatness with FR4), nickel strips (bubble-free, uniform coverage), connectors, solder joints, and terminal insulation. The system ensures tight control over adhesive thickness and area, meeting stringent reliability standards for EV battery modules. Ideal for mass production with high yield and stability.
