The micro-volume eccentric screw valve is an ideal dispensing solution for sealing copper pipes in VC (vapor chamber) heat spreader assemblies. Designed for high-precision applications, it delivers bubble-free, consistent micro-doses of UV adhesive, ensuring complete and uniform sealing around copper inlets. With volumetric control and a servo-driven rotor-stator mechanism, the valve handles medium to high-viscosity UV resins with excellent repeatability and no dripping or pulsing. Its low-shear dispensing protects adhesive integrity and prevents air entrapment, meeting strict requirements for thermal performance and airtight sealing in electronic cooling systems. Compact and automation-friendly, it is perfectly suited for high-volume VC manufacturing lines.
