This narrow-body piezoelectric jet valve is built for precise dispensing of anaerobic adhesives and other fluids in tight spaces. Many production stations that work with anaerobic adhesives cannot apply small, repeatable doses in confined spaces without touching nearby parts or leaving excess material.
Standard valves are often too large for narrow fixtures or they create droplets that are too large for fine features. Combined with limited nozzle access, this leads to smeared adhesive, trapped air, or uneven cure and rework.
This narrow design piezo valve provides a small footprint and controlled micro-droplet formation to place adhesive exactly where needed. It minimizes overspray and keeps surrounding areas clean, reducing rework and improving first-pass yield.
