Piezo jet valves enable precise, non-contact adhesive dispensing on automotive headlamp control PCBs. Ideal for underfill, thermal paste, and conformal coating applications, they support high-viscosity materials and fine dot control. With high-speed jetting and excellent repeatability, piezo valves improve production efficiency and reliability in LED and ADB headlight module assembly.

Main appliaction

 

Most of the car lighting control motherboards are complex PCB structures, including multi-channel LED drivers, power management, CAN communication, inductor and capacitor devices, etc. Piezoelectric injection valves are mainly used for the following precision dispensing processes:
