Product overview

This FPC/FFC hot melt dispenser is an inline, production‑grade system designed for flexible printed circuit (FPC) and flat flexible cable (FFC) adhesive tasks including underfill, sealing and connector potting. Key features include syringe cartridge or heated feed line supply, precision motion gantry, fast‑response valve/pump options, optional 2D/3D vision alignment, recipe storage and MES/PLC interfaces for traceable production.
