Product overview

This MiniLED display adhesive dispensing machine is designed for large‑format panel assembly. Offered in three working widths (1360×1465×1600mm), the system combines a heavy‑duty gantry (1500kg conveyor/load rating), precision motion control, dual/nozzle dispensing banks, and an integrated vision module for fiducial alignment and AOI. Configurable with valve or pump metering, heated feed or syringe options, multi‑nozzle banks and MES/PLC interfaces, the platform supports high UPH production with repeatable geometry and traceability.
